WHY JOIN BLAB?

If you are looking for a FUN networking group but with women who are serious about advancing their business then Blab is the the group for you. We are not your typical networking group but one that is built on fostering more closely knitted rapport with members as our individual group size will not be more than 20 members. We are workshop based and we will all work together to make our group successful through sharing our ideas, referrals and encouragement with each other. Unlike other networking groups we will be expanding our networking to allow charters to form which will allow you a larger database to network with including of state Blab members.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There is a $25 annual membership fee. Each group may charge a small weekly workshop fee. Snacks or similar may be purchased at each workshop if you choose.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME AS A BLAB MEMBER?
Workshops are held weekly. You are encouraged to attend every workshop in order to grow relationships and enhance business potential. However, since life can be demanding and unpredictable, Blab does allow you to miss 2 workshops per month and still maintain your membership status. You may send another business associate in your place if necessary. There are no refunds for missed meetings.

Blab expects members to conduct themselves in a professional courteous manner. No gossip or slanderous talk is tolerated. Please keep other's feelings in consideration. Political, religious or social conflicts should be avoided at all costs. Those conversations are not beneficial to our group.

HOW TO JOIN
The application process is as follows:

Fill out the member application.
You must read and agree to the Member Guidelines, also available in the left column above.
Attend 1-2 workshops at your location selection
The above items must be completed in no particular order, before the application process can continue on to the next step.
The leaders of the group will determine if your business is in competition with any other member of the group.
Once you are approved, you will be sent a PayPal invoice to complete your membership. Afterwhich, you can provide your business logo to be added to the Blab Online Directory.

WHAT IF MY BUSINESS IS THE SAME AS ANOTHER MEMBER'S
In order for each member to get the most referrals out of our group, BLAB allows one member per industry or business type.

If your company is in direct competition with another member of our group, we will happily apply your membership dues towards a new chapter of BLAB, or towards beginning your own Blab group according to the Charter Program.
